Conclusions
The record low noise and distortion level in this implementation of the TDA7293 in combination with the
field-effect transistors of the output stage makes this amplifier a very high-quality device in terms of
sound, close to the sound of a tube.
Summary: Perhaps one of the best microcircuit amplifiers in class AB. It is recommended to use this amplifier in building a high-quality sound path with both bookshelf and floor acoustics. Further, objective, improvement in the quality of the "amplifying" part of the sound path will necessarily entail material costs by an order of magnitude, or even several orders of magnitude higher |
