The minimum order amount in our store is 100 UAH.

Payment

There are several payment options in our store:

1 Full prepayment. It is carried out on a bank card

2 Partial prepayment. It is carried out on the bank card. It is used as an alternative option, obliging the parties to complete the transaction. Partial prepayment is calculated individually, but cannot be less than 50% of the order value. A surcharge of 100% of the cost can be both on the card and upon receipt.

3 Payment on delivery. This type of payment is applied individually and depends on many factors. For example, when ordering a product or product according to individual parameters, ordering an amount that requires damage to the factory packaging and unpacking, etc. - Payment on delivery is not possible.

Delivery

Sending orders is carried out daily on business days and by prior arrangement on weekends. If the goods are in our warehouse, and the payment arrived before 12:00, the order leaves on the same day. If the goods require individual equipment, custom-made goods or are stored in the partner’s warehouse, we will inform you of the delivery time when coordinating the details of the order by phone.

Pickup

Also, in our store there is the possibility of pickup in Kiev. The time and place of self-delivery are negotiated individually.

International delivery

We ship orders worldwide. In this case, full payment is made for goods and delivery services. The basic cost of delivery for a parcel, up to 10x10x10 cm and weighing up to 1 kg - $ 15 anywhere in the World. If the size and weight indicated above are exceeded, the cost of international delivery services may be increased. After sending the international package, the buyer receives a track number for international tracking. If the international package is lost due to the fault of the delivery service, we will return the full cost of the order (product + delivery) to the card or Pay Pal account.
