A simple, powerful and versatile class AB transistor amplifier.
The amplifier circuit is symmetrical, the input stage is made on a single-channel op-amp.
The amplifier is assembled on 5 pairs of output transistors 2SA1943 and 2SC5200 TOSHIBA
When using 8 ohm acoustics, the supply voltage can be raised to 75V (limit value) to obtain the equivalent power at 4 ohms.
The module does not require any configuration and is ready to work out of the box. The minimum quiescent current of about 20mA makes it almost completely cold in idle mode.
The module is mounted on an aluminum radiator profile and requires active cooling. The hole drilling accuracy must be very high, as the holes must match exactly with the holes on the module PCB.
Subjectively, the amplifier has a powerful, assertive sound, and is able to "cope" with any speaker systems up to 500W.
The module can be recommended to work on a subwoofer speaker or on powerful acoustics of the initial and middle level.
