The TDA2030A Low Frequency Amplifier Module is designed to produce high-quality medium-output audio output.
The amplifier module board is designed based on the TDA2030A chip. The microcircuit has 5 pins and is made in the Pentawatt package and is designed to amplify the audio signals of Hi-Fi systems, the power of which is up to 18 watts. The peak value of the output current is 3.5 A. In this module, the chip is used as a ULF (low frequency amplifier) class AB. The chip has a low coefficient of non-linear distortion, so the amplifier can reproduce good sound. The chip also has built-in thermal protection (shuts off at 145 ° C) and short-circuit protection (short circuit). For heat exchange, a radiator is attached to the housing of the microcircuit. If necessary, it can be easily replaced with another radiator. The module board has a tuning resistor with which you can adjust the volume level.
To connect external devices to the amplifier module, pin connectors are used, and to output a signal, the speaker must be connected to the terminal block (the terminal block polarity is displayed on the board):
VCC: 6 to 12 V power supply
GND: common wire (ground)
IN: sound input
OUT: sound output
Power is supplied from an external power source. The operating voltage range is from 6 to 12 V. The POWER LED, which is connected to the amplifier's power bus, indicates the board's power supply.
