The module is built on a specialized chip and provides protection for headphones in the following cases:
1. Transients when the amplifier is turned on
2. Failure of the amplifier and as a consequence of the appearance of DC voltage at its failure.

The principle of operation of the device is based on opening of a circuit between the amplifier and earphones by means of the relay. When the power is turned on, the relay contacts are open and the transients, accompanied by clicks and claps, take place without the participation of headphones. After 2-3 seconds, the relay turns on the circuit between the amplifier and the headphones.
